Find out whether you can complete Toothpaste simplified registration in time
Announced by China NMPA, toothpastes manufacturers/ brand owners can submit simplified dossiers to the NMPA system for simplified registration of the toothpastes already selling on the market before Nov. 30, 2023. [1]
If you would like to complete the toothpastes simplified registration to make sure they can be sold legally and continuously in batch, please answer the following question to check whether you can catch up or not:

2.Are the toothpastes produced in China or not?
(If “Other regions”, please continue the next question, and if “China”, please skip to question 4)
3.Can you issue the letter of authorization (to authorize a company in China to be your local responsible party) and complete notarization & authentication by Chinese embassy within 1 month? (Remarks: QTCCC can be your local responsible party)

4.Is the pH value of the toothpaste ≥ 5.5?
(If “Yes”, please continue to next question, and if “No”, the answer is A)
5.Do you have the ability to confirm the safety of the toothpastes? For example: the contain of banned substances and the existence of restricted substances exceeding standards.
(If “Yes”, please continue to next question, and if “No”, please skip to question 7)
6.Is there anyone in your company familiar with information filling and dossiers submission on the NMPA system, with in-depth understanding on the regulatory authorities’ requirements & standards on the dossiers and looked into the technical standards & new regulations
(including draft for comments)?

7.Have you found a reliable institution to take care of toothpaste registration for you?
