A: The following changes can be applied:

1) Change of the product's Chinese name (generally not allowed unless there is a reasonable justification);

2) Change of the manufacturer’s name and address (the enterprise can only change the English name after being acquired or merged);

3) Change of the domestic responsible party's name and address (including the responsible party's independent change or the manufacturer’s replacement of the domestic responsible party);

4) Change of the actual production enterprise;

5) Change of the category of special cosmetics.
