A: According to Rules for Registration and Notification Dossiers of Cosmetics, Article 48, to apply for alteration of domestic responsible party, the applicant shall submit the list of products of present domestic responsible party,  the informed consent of former domestic responsible party, or the judicative papers (written verdict, judgment, mediation documents, etc.) that can prove the alteration of domestic responsible party has been taken effect, as well as the commitment letter of present domestic responsible party.
