On July 8th 2005, on behalf of the Ministry of Health P.R.C., QTCCC organized a meeting in Guangzhou to collect opinions on the draft of Procedure of Administrative Hygiene Permit on Health-related Product of Ministry of Health P.R.C.Director of QTCCC emceed the meeting and Ms. Ma Ya, Chairwoman of Guangdong Beautyand Cosmetic Association, gave a speech during the meeting.
